Villa Booking and Payment Details:

- After making your villa booking with us, a temporary hold is placed on these dates for a period of 2 working days pending payment, after which the hold will automatically expire.
- A confirmed reservation is defined as a reservation where proof of payment has been received (COPY OF YOUR BANK DEPOSIT SLIP).
- Villas are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
- By sending us payment for your villa rental, you constitute your acceptance and agreement to these terms & conditions as printed below.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

- All payments are to be made prior to arrival.
- A deposit as per your reservation form is required to secure your booking.
- The balance of your payment plus the refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellation refund of 90% is possible if the villa is re-rented for the same time period.
- Peak periods and special discount reservations are non-refundable.
- Prices are subject to change before reservation.

Security/Damage Deposit:

- The security/damage deposit is required before arrival.
- This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days of your departure if no damages or additional charges are incurred.
- Coals are not to be used in the gas BBQ (where available), and guests will be responsible for repair/replacement costs if coals are used.
- Guests must leave the villa in the state they found it, with the BBQ cleaned and garbage taken out.
- Extra housekeeping or garbage removal after departure will result in a deduction from the damage deposit.

Additional Costs:

- Damaged towels and linen due to makeup, hair dyes, etc. will incur additional costs.
- Using head wraps and wipes for makeup removal is recommended to maintain villa quality.

Replacement Fees (TT Dollars):

- Bath Towels: $200.00 each
- Hand Towels: $100.00 each
- Face Towels / Wash Cloths: $50.00 each
- Pool Towels: $300.00 each
- Bathroom Floor Towels: $100.00 each

Check-In/Out Time:

- Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am on the last day of rental.
- Early check-in or late check-out must be approved by the property manager before arrival.

Arrival & Departure:

- Guests are greeted on arrival and checked into their villa.
- A rental car is recommended, or private taxis are available at the airport and docks.

Maid Service:

- Provided for household cleaning and laundry between 9 am and 2 pm on specific days during the week.
- Not provided for bookings less than 3 nights, weekends, or public holidays.
- Additional maid service can be arranged upon request.

Villa Capacity:

- The total number of persons allowed is restricted to the number scheduled and paid for.
- Misrepresentation will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Swimming Pool:

- No lifeguard at the pools; use at your own risk.
- Owner/manager not liable for injuries.

Maintenance:

- Efforts to keep villas in good order.
- No refund for unforeseen failures (electricity, water, appliances, etc.).
- No smoking allowed in the villas.

Reporting Problems:

- Guests must report problems or damage immediately.

Parties & Quiet Enjoyment:

- Villas for holiday use only.
- No loud music or house parties allowed.
- Guests must be quiet and respectful to neighbors.

Liability:

- Tobago Concierge Services is not liable for property loss, injuries, delays, etc.
- Transportation and services provided independently.
- Guests responsible for villa and security precautions.
- Guests advised to have relevant insurances.

Water Conservation:

- Water shortage; conserve water.
- No refund for water supply failures beyond control.

Agreement:

- By sending payment, guests agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
